YOUR WEDDING DAY
First, let us begin by saying “Congratulations!” We are very excited about your special day! The following information should answer any questions you may have.
Wedding Request
Please make request no less than four months before requested wedding date.
In order to have your wedding at Calvary Church, the following information must be completed and returned to the church office. Upon review and approval of your ceremony, a member of our office staff will contact you to discuss your event and arrangements.
Wedding Policies
General Policy: Weddings are typically only performed for Calvary Members, faithful attendees, and their families.
Date and Time Approval: Approval must be obtained through the church office for the wedding date and time, and the rehearsal date and time. All calendars (pastor performing ceremony, church event calendar, all church staff involved, etc.) must be cleared before an approval is given. Saturday weddings will not be scheduled after 3:00 pm.
Pastor: All weddings at our church are performed by a Calvary Church Pastor. Exceptions must be approved by our Pastoral Staff.
Marriage Enrichment: Pre-marital sessions with a Calvary Mentoring couple are required and must be pre-arranged with the church office. These sessions are eight weeks. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your wedding. Additional meetings may be needed with the Pastor performing the ceremony.
Wedding Checklist: On Package 2 or 3, the Bride is required to work with Calvary Church’s Wedding Coordinator who will provide a detailed checklist of all wedding rehearsal and ceremony plans. This checklist includes planning of the wedding rehearsal and wedding ceremony. It does not include any plans for the rehearsal dinner or wedding reception.
Music: All music and lyrics must be pre-approved by the Pastor. For convenience, a CD of wedding music is available from which to choose wedding music. If you would like someone to sing, you responsible to coordinate with the singer.
Rehearsal: The rehearsal is generally held the evening before the wedding. Please allow for 1 hour.
Facility Availability: The Package that you select will offer you the availability of the facilities. You may pre-arrange to have the building open longer for additional fees.
Deliveries: Please arrange for all sound checks, flower delivery decorations, etc. to be done during the times you have arranged to have the facilities open.
Professional Photography: Professional Photography is allowed during the wedding ceremony. Flash is permitted.
Candles: Please use dripless candles only.
Removal of Items: All clothing, flowers, decorations, and personal or rented items not belonging to Calvary must be removed when vacating the church after the ceremony.
Throwing of Rice: The throwing of rice or birdseed is not allowed anywhere in or around the church premises. Anything else must be pre-approved by the church office.
Non-Available Items: Calvary Church does not provide an aisle runner, candles, candle holders, foliage, fabric, or tablecloths. Linen service available at additional cost.
No alcoholic beverages allowed on church property.
Wedding Fees
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is needed no later than one month prior to the wedding. This deposit is applied towards the total fee for your wedding. The balance remaining must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date. If the wedding is cancelled less than two weeks prior to the scheduled date, only 50% of the fees will be refunded.
Marriage Enrichment and Pastoral Fees
$50.00 Marriage Enrichment Fee (Note: Marriage Enrichment is at least eight weeks long and must be completed before the Wedding Day.)

Facility Package Fees
Complimentary Package (No Fees)
A simple wedding package where fees are non-existent. In this package, the Pastor opens the 175-seat Student Ministries Room (The Point) and the West Main Entrance of the building 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. There is no rehearsal and no audio/visual unless someone in the wedding party could run a CD Player for wedding music. The lights and one microphone would be turned on by the Pastor. There would be two changing rooms available 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and for 30 minutes after the ceremony (Note: This package is not available for Non-Members).
Traditional Package ($247.00)
This package is in the 175-seat Student Ministries Room (The Point) with the use of the West Main Entrance of the building and two changing rooms. The Traditional Package includes a one hour Wedding Rehearsal the day before the wedding and four hours use of the building on the wedding day beginning two hours before the ceremony. Along with the Traditional Package, you will receive janitorial services, audio/visual services, and a wedding coordinator that will be assigned to work with the Bride.
Each of these three people are trained staff and will be paid from the Traditional Package fee for making themselves available to you on your Wedding Day (Note: Add $100.00 if the Wedding Couple are Non-Members).
Grand Package ($349.00)
This package is in the 1,000-seat Worship Center with the use of the North and South Main entrances of our building and two changing rooms. The Grand Package includes a one hour Wedding Rehearsal the day before the wedding and four hours use of the building on the wedding day beginning two hours prior to the ceremony. Along with the Grand Package, you will receive janitorial services, audio/visual services and a wedding coordinator that will be assigned to work with the Bride.
Each of these three people are trained staff and will be paid from the Grand Package fee for making themselves available to you on your Wedding Day (Note: Add $125.00 if the Wedding Couple are Non-Members).
