Pavilion Reservation Request

There is a $75.00 deposit that will be returned to you if the following conditions are met:

(1) No alcoholic beverages.
(2) Keys to power box and storage shed are returned.
(3) Pavilion and Playground area is in clean and orderly condition with no damage to the structure, contents, or equipment, trash is placed in dumpster, tables cleaned off, breakers are turned off and power box and storage shed are locked, and the keys are returned to the church office.

The Storage Shed contains trash bags, cleaning products, brooms, 5 six foot serving tables and 20 chairs. You will have to bring any additional tables or chairs that are needed for your event. You will need to bring your own basketballs, volleyballs, etc.

Please complete the following request. Once your request has been submitted, someone from our Event’s Office will contact you. Submission of form does not guarantee rental of the Pavilion until confirmed with the $75 deposit into our offices.
